SONORAN DESERT WILLOW ESTATES HALLOWEEN PARTY (OCTOBER 31 – 5:30 PM TILL 9:00 PM)

We are so fortunate to have so many homes in our community that have decorated for Halloween. Please make sure you visit these home for Halloween Goodies!

On October 31, starting at 5:30 PM, your Sonoran Desert Willow Estates HOA Board of Directors will be hosting a Halloween Party at the Intersection of Black Willow, Laurel Willow and Sandbar Willow Place.

We will have Halloween displays, a Halloween maze, hot dogs, candy and Halloween music. Cyrus Elion, also known as DJ AV8 (www.celiontalents.com), will provide the music. This event is intended for the residents of Sonoran Desert Willow Estates residents. Please do not advertise outside of our community.

Last year, we had more than 450 visitors to our party site. This area gets extremely congested with traffic and pedestrians. We will establish a temporary ROAD CLOSURE at the intersection of River Willow and Black Willow Drive. The road closure will be from 5:00 PM till 9:30 PM. The intent of the road closure is to ensure the safety of our children and families. For residents who live south of Carolina Willow on Laurel Willow Drive, we would deeply appreciate your honoring our temporary road blockade. We will close at 5:00 PM and be open by 9:00. If you have company coming from outside the area, please inform them of our traffic issues.For residents who live on Laurel Willow North of Carolina Willow, feel free to go past the sign to your residence.

We would appreciate your cooperation by complying by detouring through the congested area to help keep our pedestrian traffic safe.
