Sidewalk Repair

Dear Sonoran Desert Willows Estates Residents,

The Board of Directors would like to provide clarification regarding sidewalk maintenance and repair responsibilities within the community.

Pursuant to Chapter 25 – Streets and Sidewalks, Article 1 of the Arizona Code of Ordinances, as well as the governing documents of Sonoran Desert Willows Estates HOA, the Association is responsible for the maintenance and repair of sidewalks located within the Association’s common areas.

Sidewalk maintenance, upkeep, and repairs associated with the area directly in front of or adjacent to an individual homeowner’s residence are the responsibility of the respective homeowner.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping maintain the sidewalks and common areas throughout the community.
