ANNUAL MEETING

Thursday, March 19, 2026 - 6:30 PM

Mica Mountain High School - Administrative Building 

The Sonoran Desert Willow Estates HOA will hold its annual meeting this Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 6:30 PM. The meeting will be held at Mica Mountain High School, Administrative Building - Career Room.

We will be electing three board positions, have our annual raffle, and our normal agenda. We will have an executive session for just board members directly after our normal agenda.

It is important that we have sufficient response to meet our quorum. We have three major issues that need to be addressed at this meeting;

1) Election of three board members

2) Get feedback on keeping our grass due to Colorado River projected water cuts

3) Input on possible renovations to either the paths around the HOA or a new sunshade above our park equipment.

If you have not yet submitted your vote, please attend. We will have ballots available at the door. If you have voted, please join us, as we would love to receive input as to what direction you want your board to follow.

As in the past, we will have 3 door prizes: $100, $75 & $50 Amazon gift cards.

You must be present to win one of our three door prizes.
