All if forwarding the following message regarding a pending public hearing.

I am sending the following emails out to you in case you may want to let your HOAs or Facebook groups know about the meeting on Tuesday.  We do not know how many local residents know about Hudbay Minerals and what is being proposed however at the least we can give residents info about public meetings where they can get information.

After forwarding the notice regarding the Copper World Public Hearing, an email was received accusing SEAC of being "pro mining." 

This is not true. 

The SEAC mission is "To provide a forum to share information and encourage civic engagement." 

We want to share notices of meetings and surveys so that the residents are kept informed. 

Apologies for any confusion.

The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) is hosting a public hearing to take comments from the public on our draft Class II Air Quality Permit - a critical step in our commitment to environmental stewardship and responsible mining practices.

This public hearing represents a crucial opportunity for you to voice your support and provide comments directly to ADEQ. ADEQ officials will be there to take your comments on the Air Quality Permit and listen to your feedback. This hearing is your ONLY chance to contribute comments in person and ensure your voice is heard in the decision-making process.
